2. What we collect and why

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone number — the details needed to process, ship and support your order. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.

If you create an account, we store your profile details and order history so you can track orders and reorder easily. If you leave a comment or review, we collect the text you submit along with your IP address and browser user-agent string to help with spam detection.

3. Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, keep you logged in, and remember preferences. If you leave a comment you can opt in to cookies that save your name and email for next time (kept for one year). Login cookies last two days — or two weeks with “Remember Me” — and are removed when you log out.

4. Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Jetpack Stats) to understand how the site is used — page views, popular products and general location at city level. This data is aggregated and doesn’t identify you personally.

5. Embedded content

Pages may include embedded content (for example videos or social posts). Embedded content behaves as if you visited the other website, which may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interaction with that content.

6. Who we share data with

Delivery partners receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order. Payment processors receive what they need to take payment. If you use Gravatar with comments, an anonymised hash of your email may be shared with that service. We never sell your personal data.

7. How long we keep your data

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Account details are kept until you delete your account. Comments and reviews and their metadata are retained indefinitely so follow-ups can be recognised automatically.

8. Your rights

You can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to erase it — except data we must keep for administrative, legal or security reasons. Contact us and we’ll handle it.

9. Security & where your data goes

Your connection to the store is encrypted (SSL) on every page. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam-detection service. We only share data with the services listed above, and only as much as they need.
