Orders over ₹4,000 ship free. Below that, the exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns — the 30-day guarantee
Changed your mind? That’s allowed. Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number — no reason required.
- We send you a prepaid return label with simple packing instructions.
- Return the item in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
Refunds
Straight back to where the money came from.
- Once your return arrives and is checked, we confirm by email and process your refund.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
- Refund not showing? Check your bank statement first, then your card issuer — posting can take a few extra days. Still missing? Contact us.
The exceptions (short list)
A few things we can’t take back.
- Gift cards and downloadable products.
- Items damaged by misuse, accident or normal wear rather than our error.
- Returns started more than 30 days after delivery — though the 2-year warranty still covers manufacturing defects.
